They work cross-functionally with business leaders, to ensure all training, leadership development, and career growth efforts are deeply integrated with succession planning and workforce planning strategies. The role ensures that the company has a deep understanding of culture, diverse bench of future-ready talent and a strong internal pipeline to support both immediate and long-term business success.
