In this role, you will design, implement, and deliver internal talent development programs that support the continuous development of E INC employees. Program topics will include front-line leadership and People & Culture systems, policies, and processes. You will facilitate talent development program design and implementation for diverse audiences and training needs, research best practices, and evaluate cutting-edge solutions to support our employees, foster employee engagement, and enhance employee recognition. Additionally, you will provide guidance and expertise on solutions and resources related to talent development, acting as a resource on competencies and development tools for leaders and team members across Canada and the US. You will identify and address development needs and skills gaps, partner with leaders to provide coaching on all aspects of talent development, recommend a strategy for delivering compliance training across multiple states and provinces, enhance and deliver new hire orientation sessions, and manage and allocate the training budget to leaders and employees within the organization.

  • Design, implement, and deliver internal talent development programs.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing talent development programs.
  • Ability to develop and facilitate dynamic content and group activities.
  • Proven experience partnering with business leaders to develop training solutions.
  • Strong project management and process improvement capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development theories and talent management principles.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience with HRIS and LMS.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Google Suite.
  • CHRP or CHRL designation is an asset.
  • Languages: English (required), French (an asset)
