About The Position

The HelloFresh Summer Internship Program is a full-time 10 week program designed to provide real world exposure to our business. The program allows you the opportunity to meet senior leaders from across the business and learn about our brands and specific functions. You will also receive hands-on training from your assigned manager and team to assist you in having a successful summer experience.

Requirements

• Currently entering your senior year, actively enrolled in a U.S. college or university and pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and a goal-oriented approach to work
• Ability to collaborate and focus on relationship building with team members and the business
• Passion for challenging oneself to constantly improve and share knowledge to empower others
• Ability to efficiently execute against several competing tasks and projects
• Focus on effective and inclusive teamwork with the capability to thrive in an autonomous environment working with a diverse set of stakeholders
• Customer service focused with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Partner across Talent Management and Learning to support diverse talent initiatives around retention and development
• Learn about the talent management landscape and contribute to overall delivery of key performance and talent management initiatives
• Engage in the HelloFresh promotion process - tracking, providing HRBP visibility, validating eligibility, and communicating updates throughout
• Support qualitative data analysis of self-reflections to identify themes for High Potential employees
• Assist in talent management activities, including data analysis, talent reviews, and succession planning
• Help create and facilitate engaging learning sessions for employees and leaders
• Develop learning materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning content
• Collaborate with the HR team on key projects to enhance employee growth and development
