The Talent Development Director is responsible for all talent management and development strategies. These strategies include talent reviews and assessment, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, career development, executive development, culture, employee recognition, inclusion, and learning and development initiatives. This role is responsible for developing innovative and transformative talent management and development solutions aligned to Byline Bank's strategic plan. The Talent Development Director will help improve the employee experience through new talent programs, learning and leadership development, and employee engagement strategies that effectively develop and retain Byline Bank's workforce.
