Under supervision of the Learning Experience & Design Lead, the Talent Development Coordinator will help manage the operational and administrative functions of the Talent Development & Learning Team. This is a highly detailed and hands-on position that requires a positive and collaborative team player. As a Talent Development Coordinator, you will work closely with colleagues across the team to ensure alignment, quality, and consistency across our work and programs. You will commit to putting Think Together values first, cultivating innovation, creating a culture of continuous improvement, helping everyone become a team player, seeing change as an opportunity, and following-up and following-through.
