This position is responsible for the coordination and execution of talent development processes, including designing training material (slides, workbooks, manuals, etc), managing talent development projects, coordinating training schedules, and tracking training completion. This position will collaborate with other members of the Talent Development Team as well as other areas of Douglas Machine to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
