The Talent Development Coordinator will work closely with and support the Talent Development group’s attorney training and professional development efforts, including coordinating and handling logistics on projects and training programs. The position reports to the Manager of Talent Development. The candidate should have strong organizational and administrative skills and be able to work independently as well as work collaboratively with the team and be willing to handle multiple on-going projects. The candidate should be creative, a problem-solver and a detail-oriented thinker. The position also requires excellent writing, oral communication and editing skills. The candidate should be computer literate with an aptitude for learning new programs as technology advances.
