About The Position

The Talent Development Associate supports the design, delivery, and administration of learning and development programs, with a focus on early career talent including internship programs and externship programs. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance, managing certifications, and enhancing training initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field
  • Flexible and willing to travel between offices for training needs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technologies

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of training programs for college interns and externs
  • Partner closely with other SC&H Talent departments to support onboarding and program delivery for early career talent
  • Help ensure a positive and structured learning experience for entry-level participants
  • Maintain and manage training content within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Support tracking and reporting of training completion and participation
  • Learn and administer tools such as Conference I/O (polling/engagement platform)
  • Track and monitor Continuing Professional Education (CPE) compliance
  • Assist with certification management, including deadlines, documentation, and reporting
  • Support the development and updating of training materials in collaboration with internal teams
  • Assist in researching and recommending external training courses or providers based on business needs
  • Assist the Manager of Talent Development in facilitating training sessions across the organization, with the goal of independently leading sessions.
  • Provide logistical and operational support for both in-person and virtual training
  • Help ensure a smooth and engaging learner experience during sessions
