As a Talent Consultant, Supervising Associate, you will be central to that mission—partnering closely with our professionals to provide impactful, people‑focused HR services. Your key responsibilities In this role, you will coordinate and facilitate HR activities for a defined population within the firm. Working in close partnership with other Talent team members, you will execute innovative HR programs aligned to our Talent strategy. Responsibilities include implementing key processes—such as performance management, compensation, and career development—while addressing a wide range of employee inquiries and advising business leaders on people‑related matters. You will also gather and analyze data related to staffing, headcount, budgets, and compensation to identify trends and recommend actionable insights. Serving as the first point of contact for client groups. Addressing and many cases resolving requests, concerns and inquiries. Working closely with the Strategic Talent Consultant and/or Lead/Senior Talent Consultant to understand the business’ talent agenda and executing innovative HR programs in line with the strategy Handling/resolving employee relations issues that are less complex in nature or occur at more junior levels in the client group Implementing recurring (HR) processes as appropriate (e.g. including but not limited to: performance management, compensation, career development). Making process improvement suggestions and recommendations Collecting and analyzing data related to staffing levels, budgets and salary information, identifying issues and making suggestions as appropriate. Identifying and escalating HR concerns and risks as appropriate

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage a diverse and fast‑moving portfolio of projects
  • Strong working knowledge of HR laws, policies, and standard practices
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence leaders and support adoption of new programs and change initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of relevant HR or Talent‑related experience

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM certification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a professional services environment or complex matrix organization

  • The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $70,400 to $131,600.
  • The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $84,400 to $149,500.
  • Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
  • In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
