About The Position

Partner with business unit to understand and meet staffing needs. Manage full-cycle recruiting, talent retention, workforce planning, and sourcing strategies, support talent management, compensation, and benefits processes. Serve as liaison between business unit and HR to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations. Accountable for adhering to the Bank's BSA, AML, and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) applicable policies. Employee must follow specific unit procedures developed in compliance with the policies. Employee is also responsible for reporting any suspicious activity and /or transactions in accordance with the Bank's processes and comply with any mandatory BSA, AML, and OFAC training assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Psychology or Business Administration. Master preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years' Experience in Human Resources, 3 as a generalist with recruitment and selection.
  • Using Applicant Tracking systems & sourcing tools required
  • Strong written and verbal communication for reports, presentations.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate resources effectively.
  • Handle sensitive financial and personnel information responsibly.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools, banking software, data security protocols, and digital platforms.
  • Respond to changing regulations, market conditions, and organizational needs.
  • Understand and respond to internal and external client needs.
  • Knowledge of laws, regulatory compliance and other financial regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Business Unit leaders to identify needs, understand current and future workforce needs and create plans (reorganizations, headcount and capacity planning).
  • Plan, develop, organize, and execute recruitment processes and programs, following legal labor framework.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system, assuring assigned requisitions are reviewed and providing regular feedback to candidates and the hiring team.
  • Build applicant sources. Research and contact colleges, employment agencies, job boards, media, and internet sites. Call prospects. Participate in job fairs, professional organization sites, and employment forums.
  • Build partnerships with senior leadership team and other stakeholders and provide consultation services on HR matters.
  • Identify needs, recommend actions, and participate in the implementation of talent management practices to promote employee engagement, including recognition program.
  • Coordinate and oversee onboarding, including new hire paperwork, ensuring employee files and orientation are complete.
  • Compile and track recruitment statistics, supplying regular reports to Business Unit on hiring activity, headcount, vacancies, and turnover.
  • Coordinate with Compensation job evaluations.
  • Offer leaders guidance to help them apply HR practices.
  • Maintain updated organizational charts, headcount and vacancy reports of business unit.
  • Conduct exit interviews. Review and discuss feedback with business unit.
  • Administer the corporate attire of the Business Unit.
  • Provide information to management in topics such as engagement, teambuilding, change management and other organizational development services.
  • Participate of career and job fairs, universities info sessions.
  • Support and participate in the execution of Talent Management Projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
