About The Position

In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives that bring an organization’s employer brand to life while designing scalable programs that shape the candidate experience. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional campaigns, content strategies, and operational systems that amplify the company’s talent narrative. Working closely with Talent, Marketing, and Leadership teams, you will ensure consistency across candidate touchpoints and build repeatable frameworks that elevate the employer brand. This position combines program management, brand strategy, and creative storytelling to attract and engage top talent in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will have autonomy to experiment, iterate quickly, and make measurable impact on recruitment outcomes. Ideal candidates thrive in high-velocity environments, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy transforming strategy into actionable programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in employer brand or talent brand program management
  • Proven ability to build brand strategy and execute initiatives end-to-end
  • Strong program management skills with a systems-thinking approach
  • Exceptional writing and editing abilities, with a strong eye for narrative and voice
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-changing, high-velocity environment
  • Strong collaboration skills to work across Talent, Marketing, and Leadership teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data and analytics to track campaigns, measure performance, and optimize strategies (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable employer brand programs aligned with company values and hiring strategy
  • Build and manage a content calendar across social, blog, email, and internal communication channels
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to create custom brand toolkits for hard-to-fill roles
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to ensure consistent candidate-facing messaging
  • Develop measurement frameworks to track engagement, reach, and impact of brand initiatives
  • Create repeatable systems, templates, and operating models to streamline program execution
  • Advise on brand strategy and support the Talent Events lead without managing logistics
