About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Attraction Specialist (Sourcer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both paid and organic marketing strategies, encompassing ideation, execution, tracking, and optimization of campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to attract top talent, creating and optimizing campaigns across various channels, and building and managing talent pipelines through both paid and organic methods. Additionally, the candidate will organize and manage virtual hiring events, craft compelling marketing communications for candidates, and collaborate with the team on vendor and contract management.
