Conducts strategy sessions with executives and senior management to deliver high level metric-driven presentations of recruiting and candidate quality progress and recommended actions. Manages the employee’s full talent lifecycle from hire to exit, including candidacy, onboarding, ongoing performance and development, internal progression, and exit interview. Implements and continually improves strategies which can use social media, networks, and events to build and promote the company brand. Creates the optimal candidate experience by identifying key decision levers, conducting market research, developing a sell strategy, and creating elements of attraction that attract top tier talent. Cultivates a network of relationships with highly qualified individuals inside and outside the organization. Develops and manages a talent pipeline and portfolio of resumes for active and future roles across the business to support internal succession strategies. Understands the position requirements, writes job descriptions, and matches top candidates from the existing talent pipeline. Sources talent, advises hiring manager in developing and gaining approval for competitive offer package and negotiates comprehensive offer. Leverages professional associations, social networks, online resources, employee referrals, and personal network in order to source and hire top talent. Administers Leader-In-Training (LIT) program and works closely with executive sponsors to ensure alignment to business needs. Manages external recruiting agency relationships. Travels up to 25%

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in corporate recruiting; preferably in business development, sales, warehousing, logistics.
  • Experience in regional recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Experience in sourcing and networking to identify candidates.
  • Experience building relationships with business leaders to identify talent gaps, needs, risk, and plans for action.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
