Responsibilities

• Connect with candidates through sourcing, screening, and interviews to understand skills, goals, and culture fit
• Match top talent with opportunities where they can succeed and grow
• Grow the business through B2B sales, client outreach, and cold calling
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
• Manage multiple job orders while maintaining excellent communication
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience from first contact to placement
• Track progress, activity, and pipelines using ATS and CRM tools
• Collaborate with teammates and contribute ideas to improve processes
• Step in where needed—this is a hands-on, flexible role with room to grow
