Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college coursework or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, client relations, or business development strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional phone presence and interpersonal confidence.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Recruiting, staffing, HR, or service industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Conduct service calls to ensure customer satisfaction, strengthen partnerships, and identify additional business opportunities.
  • Promote Surge Staffing’s services to current and prospective clients.
  • Support branch growth through lead generation, sales outreach, marketing initiatives, and relationship development.
  • Assist with direct sales efforts including calls, follow-ups, community outreach, and public relations activities.
  • Contribute to branch profitability by maximizing billable hours and client retention.
  • Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and internal talent pools.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates to meet client workforce needs.
  • Match candidate skills and experience to client job requirements.
  • Support temporary associates to ensure strong attendance, job satisfaction, and performance.
  • Serve as a dependable liaison between associates and clients.
  • Resolve concerns from associates, clients, and internal partners professionally and efficiently.
  • Deliver solutions quickly in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Maintain quality standards and support branch operational excellence.
  • Complete administrative tasks necessary for recruiting, onboarding, and branch support.
