As a Talent Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving both talent acquisition and business growth. This position blends recruiting, B2B sales, and relationship management, making you a key contributor to the success of our staffing operations. You’ll help candidates find meaningful career opportunities while partnering with clients to build high-performing teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong sales experience, a passion for people, and the ambition to grow into a Branch Manager role.

Requirements

  • Strong B2B sales experience, including cold calling and client acquisition
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent customer service skills with a high level of professionalism
  • Positive, energetic attitude with confident and engaging communication
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up
  • Active listening skills with the ability to understand client needs and candidate motivations
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable—someone others can depend on
  • Coachable mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and advance into leadership
  • Comfort using recruitment tools, social media, and MS Office or Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess skills, cultural fit, and career goals
  • Match top talent with open roles that align with both client needs and candidate strengths
  • Proactively develop new business through B2B sales, cold calling, and client outreach
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and job seekers
  • Manage multiple job orders while keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged
  • Deliver a high-touch, professional experience from first contact through placement
  • Accurately track activity, pipelines, and candidate records in our ATS
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and drive innovation
  • Remain flexible and assist with additional responsibilities as business needs evolve
