The Talent Advisor will own full lifecycle recruiting for US-based FTE roles across Commercial, Corporate Groups, and Technical Operations (Supply Chain & Global Manufacturing). The focus will shift based on hiring priorities. The role involves managing approximately 20 requisitions at a time, delivering a high-quality candidate experience while keeping pace with evolving business needs. The Talent Advisor will partner with hiring managers, including senior leaders, to provide strategic guidance and insights to support hiring decisions. Additionally, the role requires leveraging sourcing expertise for hard-to-fill roles as needed and using Jobvite (the ATS) to track requisitions, manage workflows, and generate insights. The position is fully remote and requires working autonomously but collaboratively as a key member of the US Talent Acquisition team to ensure consistency in hiring practices and positive candidate experiences.
