About The Position

The Talent Advisor plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day hiring needs across the organization. This position is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts for clinical and administrative roles, maintaining compliance with internal policies and procedures, and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This role is ideal for someone who is collaborative, detail-oriented, understands the importance of structure and follow-through, and can thrive within a small team that values mutual support, adaptability, and professionalism. This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager within the HR and Talent Acquisition Department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, with preference for healthcare or clinical therapist recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, compliance requirements, and documentation standards.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in priorities or processes with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort navigating Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the pre-employment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Manager to identify staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Assist with job postings, advertisements, and LinkedIn networking to promote open roles and build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Maintain and utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Jobvite, ensuring timely updates and accurate documentation throughout the hiring process.
  • Send timely communications to candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring positive and efficient experience.
  • Understand and follow company policies and procedures and maintain strict attention to detail across all recruitment activities.
  • Demonstrate respect for leadership direction and the chain of command, contributing to a positive and professional team environment.
  • Be comfortable collaborating within a small, close-knit team where flexibility, clear communication, and shared accountability are essential.
  • Participate in college job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
