About The Position

As a Talent Coordinator you'll work in a multifaceted role, liaising with talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, and belonging teams to ensure a seamless flow of talent-focused initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in Talent Management or Learning & Development
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail, diligence, efficiency, and accuracy
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities
  • Public speaking, social engagement, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook calendaring
  • Research, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Strong business writing and information design capabilities
  • Strategic thinking, planning, and project management skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Industry relevant certifications
  • Prior experience in the distribution industry

Responsibilities

  • Develop broad project plans and task lists for recruiting and talent development initiatives, coordinating with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Help host talent events, effectively managing online technology and nurturing relationships with vendors to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
  • Craft and disseminate marketing materials such as flyers, advertisements, and invites, designed to drive engagement and participation in our talent and diversity programs.
  • Assemble and dispatch training packages accurately and promptly.
  • Identify and arrange necessary accommodations, catering, and transportation for talent initiatives.
  • Scrutinize all receipts, invoices, and bills related to talent initiatives and events for accuracy and remit for payment as required.
  • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
