Talent Acquisition Washington, D.C. RH Strategic is seeking an experienced in-house Talent Acquisition professional to lead and execute the firm’s recruiting strategy while supporting employee development and engagement initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing the recruitment process—from role scoping and candidate sourcing through offer and acceptance—while ensuring a high-quality, consistent candidate experience that reflects RH Strategic’s standards and culture. This individual will work closely with firm leadership and hiring teams to identify, attract, and secure top talent, while also strengthening internal interviewing practices and contributing to broader talent initiatives, such as employee performance and engagement programs. This is a full-time role based in Washington, D.C., requiring an in-office presence of at least three days per week. To be qualified, candidates must currently reside in the DMV metro area. RH Strategic is a well-established public relations agency with a robust client portfolio across technology, cybersecurity, healthcare, government, sustainability, and education industries.
