We are looking for a Recruiting Lead to support the Talent Acquisition department in its goals and growth objectives, including managing a team, recruiting, interviewing, evaluating, and placing security professionals to work at client sites.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of managing and leading teams
  • Ability to be a player coach; being able to manage a recruiting desk while managing a team.
  • Resourceful and solution oriented. You can be given a task and put it together from beginning to end in a timely manner with minimal guidance or oversight.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. You take ownership of your role and have a sense of urgency to proactively stay on top of your various projects and responsibilities.
  • A team player and able to take feedback as an opportunity to improve and develop skills to grow into a career with the company.

Responsibilities

  • Performing all Recruiter duties for Marksman Security as well as leading & facilitating an employee-oriented, diverse, high-performance culture, including:
  • Manage a team of recruiters in a region or Global Recruiting
  • Own recruitment metrics and produce reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for your team
  • Research and choose job advertising options
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
  • Participate in job fairs and career events
  • Perform direct recruiting and sourcing activities for open positions
  • Move candidates through the applicant flow of the applicant tracking system.
  • Assess candidates for all levels of hire, from resume review to phone screens and skill assessments.
  • Coordinate drug test, MVR/DMV reports, criminal background checks and references
  • Coordinate hiring and on-boarding.
  • Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to job applicants.
  • Other duties as assigned.
