We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Supervisor that can lead our Talent Acquisition team. This role involves overseeing the full hiring lifecycle, developing strategic sourcing, building employer branding, ensuring compliance, and partnering with leaders to meet staffing goals, focusing on attracting, hiring and retaining top talent through process improvement and data-driven strategies. You will be a leader that can provide guidance, manage metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting business objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication (verbal and written), attention to detail, adaptability, high energy, time management (able to handle high volume in fast pace environment), critical thinking, sound judgement, exceptionally organized, and comparable experience.
