We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor who is passionate about connecting purpose-driven professionals with meaningful careers. This role will lead recruitment efforts across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia, supporting our continued growth while ensuring we attract talented clinicians and professionals who align with our mission and values. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor oversees recruitment strategy and operations for Achieving True Self. This leader supervises the recruiting team, partners closely with hiring managers, and implements innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment tools to attract top talent across multiple states. This role plays a key part in ensuring that our organization continues to grow while maintaining our commitment to quality services and strong team culture.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience. Experience leading or mentoring recruiting teams.
  • Strong familiarity with modern recruiting technologies, automation, and AI-enabledsourcing tools. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment CRM.
  • Experience using recruitment analytics and data to guide strategy.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Strong desire to support the development of ATS team members to achieve their self-defined professional development goals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

  • Experience recruiting within behavioral health, healthcare, ABA, or special education.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor recruiters responsible for hiring clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Establish recruiting goals and hiring strategies aligned with organizational needs.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development to recruiting team members.
  • Lead hiring efforts across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia.
  • Actively recruit qualified candidates for internal administrative company positions.
  • Interview, present candidate to hiring manager for consideration to fill open roles.
  • Partner with regional leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
  • Support the recruiters to help build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles such as BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical professionals.
  • Utilize recruiting technologies such as JazzHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Sourcing, ZoomInfo, and Calendly.
  • Research and implement AI-driven recruiting tools that improve sourcing and efficiency.
  • Maintain ATS workflows and optimize recruitment systems.
  • Partner with marketing to strengthen Achieving True Self’s employer brand.
  • Create and manage social media recruiting campaigns.
  • Support the promotion of job opportunities across social media and professional networks.
  • Design recruiting materials using platforms such as Canva.
  • Represent Achieving True Self at career fairs, professional events, and community outreach opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and professional training programs.
  • Travel approximately 20% annually to support recruiting events and outreach initiatives.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, interview to offer, candidate pipeline strength, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Use data insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Provide recruitment updates and insights to leadership.
  • All other duties and projects as assigned.
