About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor at BHN is responsible for overseeing the full cycle recruiting process across multiple business units. This role requires a highly organized individual who can manage high-volume recruitment efforts while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. The supervisor will engage with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective talent acquisition strategies, and ensure the recruitment team is well-trained and accountable for their metrics. The position also involves leading employer branding initiatives and collaborating with marketing to promote a consistent company message.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies for specialized positions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and internal data to inform recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a comprehensive training plan for Talent Acquisition specialists.
  • Supervise, mentor, and hold Talent Acquisition Specialists accountable to their recruiting metrics.
  • Ensure best practices in recruitment and selection activities, providing timely responses to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Evaluate and implement technology and recruitment processes that support the recruitment of top talent.
  • Accountable for the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for one or more business units.
  • Write and compose position descriptions, conduct kick-off meetings, and execute sourcing strategy sessions.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Evaluate external market trends and internal turnover to recommend improvements to recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and facilitate training on the applicant tracking system and hiring processes.
  • Strategically uncover passive candidates and attract active candidates through unique sourcing methods.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners for regular updates on sourcing progress.
  • Engage in external networking to improve BHN's reputation and maintain ties with former candidates.
