In this role, you manage the full-cycle recruiting process across all of our locations; Marshfield, Appleton, Green Bay, Eau Claire, Stevens Point, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, and Phoenix. You'll hire for various office roles, from entry-level to executive-level leadership roles. You consult with hiring managers to understand the positions your support and the skills candidates need to be successful. Additionally, you guide hiring managers on selection and wages. Requirements

• Skilled talent acquisition professional with experience managing a full-cycle recruiting desk.
• Passionate about connecting the right talent to the right opportunity.
• Proficient in using social media, boolean search, and other methods to identify and engage candidates.
• Experience developing relationships with middle school, high school, and college students and career services departments.
