About The Position

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 6-month temporary assignment with the potential to convert to a permanent role. In this position, you’ll help us strategically grow and scale our organization across all teams and levels, from early-career hires to senior leaders. You’ll partner with hiring managers company-wide to understand and anticipate hiring needs, design sourcing strategies, and build a robust pipeline of top talent, technical and non-technical, while delivering a stellar candidate experience. This is a hybrid role, working 1-2 days per week at the NYC office.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including demonstrated success hiring both technical (engineering, product, data) and non-technical roles.
  • Proven ability to recruit at all levels, from entry-level to senior leader, in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels (social platforms, professional networks, events, referrals, and market research).
  • Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills to manage a high volume of requisitions while partnering effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and data-driven recruiting metrics.
  • Experience in a growth-stage or high-volume hiring environment is a plus.
  • A collaborative mindset with empathy, integrity, and a sense of humor—you balance professionalism with approachability.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across departments and levels (entry through senior), ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical talent, using creative outreach, market mapping, and networking to engage high-quality, diverse candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to create hiring profiles, set interview plans, and share market insights, ensuring alignment on process and expectations.
  • Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing, professional networks, and industry events to meet current and future workforce needs.
  • Provide guidance and best practices on interviewing, assessment methods, and offer strategy to leaders and interview teams.
  • Collaborate with People Operations for onboarding.
