Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in talent acquisition or full cycle recruiting, preferably in the A/E/C sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates in various roles and levels.
  • Well organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, including candidate assessment techniques.
  • Experience with sourcing methods, including developing Boolean strings and using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develops comprehensive recruitment plans.
  • Implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on open positions and organizational needs.
  • Utilizes various sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Leverages networks to find qualified active and passive candidates through industry contacts and events.
  • Sources, screens, and interviews candidates to assess qualifications and fit for the company culture.
  • Coordinates and facilitates the interview processes, including scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Manages candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing timely updates.
  • Stays informed about industry trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
  • Partners with key stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Supports initiatives to enhance company branding efforts, including participation in job fairs.
  • Maintains accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensures compliance with employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
  • Tracks and analyzes recruitment metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
