About The Position
Reporting to the Sr. VP of Human Resources in partnership with our Home Office Talent Leader, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in advancing Peet's Coffee's values by supporting talent acquisition efforts that are aligned with our mission and vision. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across a variety of functions, while ensuring consistent and exceptional candidate experience. In addition to day-to-day recruiting responsibilities, the TA Specialist will have the opportunity to co-lead talent acquisition initiatives-contributing to programs and projects that enhance our hiring practices and strengthen our overall people strategy.
