The Talent Acquisition Specialist coordinates the assigned region’s recruitment efforts to develop a pool of qualified and diverse candidates. This is achieved by developing recruitment strategies for licensed, leadership, and other hard to fill positions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist participates in recruitment efforts for non-management and entry-level positions for assigned programs. This position provides support to teh regional Talent Acquisition Manager on key initiatives as needed.
