About The Position

InBloom Autism Services is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) for it's Learning Centers, where culture, compensation, and support are unmatched. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with the talent acquisition team to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the talent acquisition team to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company’s current and future needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years recruiting/talent acquisition experience featuring primarily proven passive candidate sourcing and high volume.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks/platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Healthcare recruiting experience/background preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruiting function by completing full lifecycle recruiting of administrative positions (both in our Clinical Support Center and in the field), internal positions, and Registered Behavior Technician hiring as assigned by the Director of Talent Acquisition.
  • Communicate with the Director of Talent Acquisition , Regional Team Leaders, and other departments/team members as necessary to remain informed about hiring needs.
  • Proactively, efficiently, and effectively recruit qualified candidates using a variety of techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports via our ATS and other systems as assigned.
  • Perform phone screens, in-person interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Using various channels to look for potential candidates contacting passive candidate and building talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Develop talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify the best candidates using job boards and LinkedIn as well as advance sourcing techniques where you can find candidates profiles through the internet.
  • Communicate promptly and courteously with all candidates and track communication accordingly.
  • Negotiate and present offers to qualified candidates as selected by hiring managers.
  • Guide candidates through the onboarding process as outlined by the Human Resources team.
  • Attend and participate in weekly regional calls, one-on-one calls with the Director of Talent Acquisition , Recruiting Team calls, and other meetings as assigned.
  • Consistently meeting monthly and quarterly hiring expectations as set by the Director of Talent Acquisition .
  • Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Talent Acquisition .
