Requirements

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition in the physical therapy space
Multi-site /multi-brand recruiting experience required
In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and trends
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

Source and recruit top-tier clinicians, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and related disciplines for multiple locations and practice brands.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Leverage various recruitment channels and platforms, including social media, job boards, and professional networking, to identify potential candidates.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience by providing high-level customer service throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet ongoing hiring needs.
Keep abreast of industry trends, licensing requirements, and best practices to inform recruitment strategies.
Assist with onboarding processes and facilitate a seamless transition for new hires.
Create a culture of psychological safety where feedback is welcome in all directions
Utilize the tools and resources available to you and apply them based on the situation
Demonstrate a Growth Mindset when faced with new or challenging situations
