Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition in the physical therapy space
  • Multi-site /multi-brand recruiting experience required
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and trends
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit top-tier clinicians, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and related disciplines for multiple locations and practice brands.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage various recruitment channels and platforms, including social media, job boards, and professional networking, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience by providing high-level customer service throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet ongoing hiring needs.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, licensing requirements, and best practices to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Assist with onboarding processes and facilitate a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Create a culture of psychological safety where feedback is welcome in all directions
  • Utilize the tools and resources available to you and apply them based on the situation
  • Demonstrate a Growth Mindset when faced with new or challenging situations
