In this role, you’ll lead recruitment strategies, provide a superior candidate experience, and drive innovative initiatives that strengthen our talent pipeline—ensuring we have the passionate professionals needed to make a lasting difference in the lives of students. As a individual contributor, you’ll operate as a trusted advisor to the business, balancing hands-on recruiting execution with thought leadership that shapes how we attract and retain top talent. Success in this role means not only delivering high-quality candidates, but also elevating the overall talent acquisition function through strong partnerships and expertise. The ideal candidate will be located in the Mountain or Pacific time zone and have the ability to work remotely. This role offers a competitive salary as well as performance-based bonuses.
