About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports full-cycle recruiting activities and ensures a seamless candidate experience from sourcing through pre-employment. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing key stages of the hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer administration. The specialist partners with hiring managers, candidates and internal stakeholders to maintain efficient recruiting operations while upholding company standards and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required
  • 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting coordination or a related HR function is preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High level of detail and accuracy in data management and administrative tasks
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset and ability to build relationship with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated sense of ownership, accountability and follow through
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive problem solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Greenhouse is a plus
  • Familiarity with pre-employment tools such as Predictive Index (PI) is a plus
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruiting efforts across assigned roles, from job posting through offer and pre-employment.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies appropriate to position requirements
  • Post and manage job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and external job boards
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate records in the ATS, including proper dispositioning and status updates
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and alignment
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (in person and virtual) with candidates and hiring teams
  • Administer pre-employment processes, including background checks and reference checks
  • Manage and distribute Predictive Index (PI) assessments and maintain related records
  • Prepare and extend offer letters in partnership with hiring managers and HR
  • Support reporting and recruiting metrics as needed
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, vendors and external recruiting partners
  • Assist with process improvements, documentation and implementation of recruiting tools and technologies
  • Provide a high level of customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
