Dentalcorp is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and support the continued expansion of our network of dental practices across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Recruitment is critical to our success, ensuring our practices are equipped with top tier talent to deliver exceptional patient care. This role has been created to support ongoing growth and evolving talent demands across our Prairie portfolio. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a recruitment professional who is passionate about making an impact, influencing hiring strategies, and elevating the candidate experience. This is a remote role, with the successful candidate based in either Manitoba or Saskatchewan, supporting practices across both provinces. Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within both corporate and agency environments
  • Proven success in high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders
  • Experience with sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting
  • High level of resourcefulness and creativity in solving complex hiring challenges
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A data-driven mindset with experience tracking and leveraging recruitment metrics

Nice To Haves

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, HR, or Operations is considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Source, interview, and hire dental professionals across your regional portfolio of practices
  • Utilize diverse sourcing strategies including Boolean searches, social media, networking events, and direct outreach
  • Partner with the various teams to develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns
  • Prescreen, interview, and assess candidates, providing recommendations and guiding hiring decisions
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process including offer letters, background checks, and reference checks
  • Build and maintain relationships with dental associations, post secondary institutions, and industry groups in collaboration with the Campus Manager
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Dentalcorp’s employer value proposition to attract top talent
  • Track recruitment metrics and leverage data to drive insights and continuous improvement
  • Provide market insights and talent trends to inform hiring strategies
