This position monitors employment processes to ensure legal compliance and actively seeks out process improvement opportunities. This position sources and recruits candidates using a variety of outlets (e.g., job postings, social media, etc.). This position develops relationships with prospective talent, creating and managing talent pipelines for current and future employment opportunities. This position maintains active involvement with professional organizations and local colleges to represent UPS and develop talent pipelines.
