Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-time experience working in an in-house recruiting/talent acquisition environment and a member of a human resources team
  • Experience managing multiple job openings simultaneously, prioritizing quality of hire and long-term fit while remaining mindful of hiring timelines
  • Basic understanding of employment laws, with solid understanding of legal/illegal pre-employment inquiries and behavioral interview techniques
  • Experience using evolving recruiting techniques and tools, including applicant tracking systems, to source and manage full-cycle recruitment activities, reporting, and related system features in alignment with organizational and departmental needs
  • Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize complex projects, make sound decisions, solve problems, and deliver results with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to accurately interpret both verbal and nonverbal cues from candidates, hiring managers and other partners

  • Recruiting or HR Certifications (i.e. PHR, PRC, CIR, CDR)
  • Experience executing a sourcing strategy to attract and pipeline talent
  • Experience with recruitment reporting metrics
  • General HR knowledge and experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned searches, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers and clearly communicating process steps, role expectations, organizational context, and search progress.
  • Screen, interview, and coordinate interviews for qualified candidates, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience.
  • Contribute to and execute candidate pipeline development and sourcing strategies using multiple channels (i.e. website, social media, job boards, referrals, recruiting platforms) and represent the organization at conferences, job fairs, and networking events.
  • Advise and coach hiring managers and interview participants on effective hiring practices, employer branding, interview best practices, and employment law considerations, providing recommendations for process improvements and training needs.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and metrics by fully utilizing the ATS and CRM to document sourcing and recruiting activities, track sourcing effectiveness, and support reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
