About The Position
Illuminus is seeking a dedicated and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our community-focused organization by sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and hiring talented candidates (Caregivers, CNAs) across multiple locations and facilities. Requirements
- 2+ years successful recruitment or talent acquisition experience highly preferred.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
- Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
- Ability to relate well to all individuals.
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and human relations skills
