Illuminus is seeking a dedicated and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Requirements

  • 2+ years successful recruitment or talent acquisition experience highly preferred.
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
  • Ability to relate well to all individuals.
  • Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and human relations skills

  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
