The company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team in Dallas, TX. This role involves performing the full recruiting cycle, including pipeline generation, job postings, resume reviews, and phone screening, while acting as a brand ambassador to recruit the best talent by leveraging technology and innovative talent sources. Requirements

  • Ability to source candidates using a wide variety of resources.
  • Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) effectively and build positive relationships across the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to stay highly organized and efficiently manage time.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in recruiting for direct to consumer inside sales roles required.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Products required (i.e., Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Intermediate knowledge of applicant tracking systems required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods required.
  • Intermediate problem solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related area preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Performs full recruiting cycle, including pipeline generation, job postings, resume reviews, phone screening.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in charge of recruiting the best talent, leveraging technology and innovative talent sources to attract candidates.
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Screens candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
  • Developing and implementing a hiring strategy in consultation with hiring managers.
  • Oversee some sections of the new hire process.
  • Stays abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Manages the overall interview, selection, and closing processes.
  • Utilizes assessment tools as part of screening process.
  • Ensures all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Recruit for other roles as needed to assist the Recruiting team.
