About The Position

Responsible for leading full cycle talent acquisition efforts across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for operational and corporate roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or similar.
  • 3 + years Human Resources experience, specifically managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail minded with excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for both operational/field based roles and corporate/professional positions preferred.
  • Experience with high volume or skilled trades recruitment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to MIRATECH's talent acquisition strategies.
  • Lead full cycle recruitment across operational, technical, and corporate functions, ensuring alignment with workforce needs and business priorities.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for hard to fill technical and field positions, including direct outreach, community partnerships, and workforce programs.
  • Build relationships with trade schools, technical institutes, workforce development boards, and industry associations in addition to universities.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives for both operational and corporate functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers in plant and office environments to ensure timely staffing of critical operational roles.
  • Build and maintain a pool of passive and active candidates through active recruitment efforts.
  • Work closely with candidates to initiate and track pre-employment screenings, such as background checks, drug screens and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Utilize applicant tracking system and onboarding software to ensure an optimal candidate experience.
  • Conduct onsite hiring events, field interviews, and workforce recruitment campaigns as needed.
  • Assist with special projects, reports and other related duties as required and assigned.
