About The Position

Diamond Braces is a multi-location dental organization seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across clinical and administrative roles. This position is in-office for the first 90 days to ensure alignment, training, and process integration. Hybrid flexibility may be considered thereafter based on performance and business needs. Position Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring consistent hiring standards, accurate documentation, and strong 90-day retention outcomes. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to maintain compliant, structured, and scalable hiring practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (UKG experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Professional communication skills and structured interview execution
  • Ability to work on-site during initial training period

  • Experience recruiting for multi-site or high-volume environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Enforce standardized screening criteria and interview workflows
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (UKG)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, New York, and New Jersey employment laws
  • Track and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill and 30/60/90-day retention
  • Partner with hiring managers to calibrate candidate quality and role expectations
  • Support continuous improvement of recruiting and onboarding workflows
