Under general supervision of the Associate Resource Coordinator, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain qualified healthcare professionals and support staff for our long-term care community. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in maintaining adequate staffing levels while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and facility hiring regulations.
