Requirements

One-year experience in Recruitment or Human Resources
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and attention to detail skills

Nice To Haves

3+ years of Recruiting Experience preferred
Experience pipelining and sourcing candidates

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs.
Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent based on unique business needs.
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables.
Utilize data and market analytics to provide status updates and hiring results to hiring managers and key stakeholders.
Leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, social media, canvassing and other innovative sourcing techniques to identify stellar talent in the market.
