About The Position

Travel Incorporated is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting and help us attract exceptional talent. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers, manage the recruiting process from sourcing to offer, and create a positive experience for every candidate. You will primarily recruit for our client facing roles along with occasional recruiting for other areas within TI. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn sourcing
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate interviews, background checks, and other hiring logistics
  • Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Participate in job fairs and recruiting events
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
