About The Position

This role is a hybrid role based three days onsite on the Rocky Vista University Maroon Circle offices in Parker, Colorado. The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in attracting top talent across Rocky Vista University (RVU), with a focus on high-volume recruitment for faculty and staff roles. This position may also provide secondary support in recruitment of roles within Medforth Global Education (MGE) shared services departments and St. George's University (SGU). This position supports full-cycle recruitment efforts and partners closely with hiring managers and committees to ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to international hiring and high-volume environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools. Workday strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders across institutions.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
  • Proactive, consultative approach to recruitment with a focus on candidate experience.
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate global time zones and a proactive, fast-paced approach to sourcing and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for staff and faculty roles across RVU, SGU, and MGE.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates globally.
  • Engage with candidates across various time zones, requiring flexibility in working hours. Ensure high level of candidate engagement and touch point throughout the entire recruitment life cycle.
  • Partner with hiring managers and committees to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Train and support hiring managers to ensure a seamless and consistent candidate experience.
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate feedback and selection processes. Conduct thorough candidate assessments and recommendations based upon position and in alignment to the organization’s values.
  • Support offer development and negotiation.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and practices across geographies.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in the ATS; contribute to reporting and analytics.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, conferences, and recruitment events as needed.
  • Demonstrate a driven, fast-paced work style and serve as a strategic partner to hiring teams.
  • Maintain and continuously update all talent acquisition resources and documentation. Collaborate with the HRIS team to support system functionality, data integrity, and continual system enhancements.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and develop strategic posting plans that align with role requirements and market trends.
  • Collaborate with external employer-of-record partners to support international hiring processes and ensure compliance with global employment standards.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientations. Partner with HR colleagues and managers to deliver consistent and engaging onboarding experiences.
