The Talent Acquisition Specialist position is an early career level role for a professional with relevant education, training or experience that will support human resources recruiting initiatives. This position is a part-time, 20 hours per week position that plays a key role in attracting, engaging, and retaining talent while promoting the company’s culture, brand, and employee experience. The Specialist partners closely with hiring managers, supports the full recruitment lifecycle, assists with onboarding and compliance training, and contributes to internal and external marketing efforts through content creation, social media, events, and communications.
