About The Position

Freese and Nichols is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in their downtown Fort Worth corporate headquarters. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will consult with business leaders to develop timely strategy to deliver the best talent, while managing the full cycle of the recruitment process. The position requires critical and strategic thinking as well as strong recruiting, sourcing, networking, and relationship building skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition and full-cycle recruitment
  • Extensive interviewing and sourcing experience with a strong record of success filling positions at all corporate levels.
  • Experience in a team-oriented environment
  • Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems.
  • Experience using recruiting technologies or ATS systems.

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition and full-cycle recruitment including screening, sourcing, and client management in a high volume, highly competitive environment
  • Experience with Workday as an ATS

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to understand their hiring needs and strategize on how to identify the right talent, proactively communicating with them throughout the process.
  • Use a variety of methods to identify talent including client and employee referrals, online applications, recruiting agencies, LinkedIn, and good old-fashioned networking.
  • Screen candidates through conversation before presenting to client for feedback.
  • Drive consistency with candidate selection by providing stakeholder advisory throughout the recruiting process.
  • Be an ambassador of Freese and Nichols, ensuring each candidate has a positive experience, regardless of the final result of our engagement with them.
  • Support requisition workloads in other areas as needed.
  • During peaks in the university recruiting season you will help support our university recruiting strategy including attending career fairs.
