This person will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Talent Acquisition Team through activities related to recruitment processes and procedures. Our TA Specialist will partner with corporate and remote managers to support them through the recruitment and offer extension process. This is a full-time, in-office, opportunity. Implementing recruitment strategies to effectively manage the talent acquisition and hiring process Utilizing proactive recruiting techniques, including networking, direct soliciting, social media, and university/career fairs, to build a diverse and attractive pool of top talent Posting position opportunities on the company website and other applicable sites to source candidates Completing all pre-employment tasks required before/after extending an offer Interacting with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a successful onboarding experience Maintaining collaborative partnerships with leaders in markets/departments directly supported Ensuring all human resource files and reports are completed, maintained, and preserved in accordance with established company policies along with federal, state, and local regulations Aiding in the implementation and management of the company’s HRIS/ATS systems Assisting with the planning of special events and associate activities, building into a dynamic and fun culture Assisting with various research projects and/or special projects This does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job.
