About The Position

EMR, located in Rosedale, MD, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the company’s efforts to attract, hire and onboard employees throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. This position manages the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes across the organization, ensuring employees and candidates experience a professional and positive interaction with the company from initial contact through separation. Previous HR experience or degree in the HR field is required. We offer a competitive salary, PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K. Hours are 8am-4:30pm.

Requirements

  • Full-cycle recruiting expertise including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Proficient in modern sourcing strategies such as job boards, social media, referrals, and passive candidate outreach.
  • Experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn or Indeed, with strong record-keeping skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance, ensuring fair and legal hiring practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset and professional discretion, handling sensitive information with integrity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred, with 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
