About The Position

Responsible for the staffing of all positions at Southwest Network. Effectively partners with clients and leadership to ensure staffing levels are meeting business needs and matches candidates with specific criteria designated by the Arizona Bureau of Medical Facilities Licensing. Must be able to develop sources of qualified applicants to meet departmental staffing needs and assist departments in their ability to select candidates for employment in a timely and reliable manner. Also participates in compiling reports for the CEO, internal clients, the regional behavioral health authority, health plans, and the human resources team. All members of our team are expected to provide support and services in accordance with the Nine Guiding Principles for Recovery Oriented Adult Behavioral Health Services and Systems and practice in a manner that is consistently mindful of the 12 Principles of The Arizona Vision for Children.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate and some advanced education required; bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field preferred.
  • Two (2) years recruiting experience preferred; behavioral health recruiting experience a plus!
  • Must maintain a valid Arizona state Level 1 fingerprint clearance card.
  • Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Requires a high level of integrity, critical thinking skills, and a thorough knowledge of the principles, practices and methods of administrative/human resources operations.
  • Requires knowledge of staff and organizational training needs and internal and external training resources.
  • Must have basic knowledge of employment law.
  • Must be able to communicate human resources services and programs to our employees in a timely manner.
  • Must also effectively communicate and administer sound policies, rules and practices that treat staff with dignity and equality while maintaining compliance with employment and labor laws and company directives.
  • Requires the use of discretion and judgment in both internal and external contacts and the ability to deal effectively with both management and line staff.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products and experience navigating in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
