JOB SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting and supporting the firm’s talent acquisition efforts. This role partners closely with hiring managers and Human Resources to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates while supporting sourcing strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a timely, efficient, and compliant hiring process.
